Our History
Nagpur Iron Trading Corporation is an organisation established in the year 1965. With a history of over 50 years in the Steel Industry, we are now one of the biggest facilitators of Iron and Steel products in Central India with an Annual Turnover of over 75 crores.
Nagpur Iron Trading Corporation was started by Shri. Maheshkumar Rathi around 50 years ago. Shri Mahesh kumar , affectionately known as 'Mitthu Seth' among the fellow businessmen for being very soft-spoken, was a true enthusiast and one of the earliest movers in the Steel Industry in Nagpur, carried on the business single handedly till 1993. Mr. Mahesh Kumar, a very prudent, charismatic person and a man of strict principles, provided a strong foundation to the organisation.
Shri Pankaj Rathi, a graduate from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering, Nagpur joined the business at the age of 23. Since then,the organisation has shown steady growth over the years. It is due to his hardwork, dedication and perseverance that the organization is able to touch commendable heights and achieve excellence in all ventures it undertakes.
